Analysis of Flood-Affected Villages, Towns, and Infrastructure in Sindh Province, Pakistan

This map presents a preliminary analysis of probable flood-affected villages, towns and infrastructure along the Indus River in Sindh and Balochistan Provinces, and is based on satellite imagery from August 5 to August 18, 2010. Villages, towns, infrastructure sites as well as the length of roads and railway tracks within the detected floodwater extent have been identified and quantified by administrative district.
