Decision Support System for Offshore Wind Energy

This map shows examples of a decision support system (DSS) for offshore wind energy in the North Sea. The GIS-based DSS allows the setting of more than 200 constraint-parameters and spatial strategies for the determination of potential space and costs for a large-scale deployment of offshore wind parks.
