New, Improved ESRI Online Support Center

One of the main goals of the ESRI Online Support Center (OSC) is to provide users with a centralized resource to help them be successful in their use of ESRI products. On April 15, 2003, ESRI launched Phase I of the new ESRI Online Support Center (support.esri.com). Phase I features a content reorganization, new navigation paradigm, new functionality (including login support, My Account, and bug reporting), and additional content. The OSC design team is now busy preparing Phase II.
