Software

3n (National Notification Network)
www.3nonline.com
3n's InstaCom GIS enables users to distribute targeted communications to businesses and residences in a designated geographic area. By typing or recording a message, then identifying a target geographic region on a map, subscribers can contact thousands of residents or business owners within the selected region in minutes. InstaCom GIS integrates the 3n notification engine with address-to-phone-directory mapping data that can be uploaded from local telephone companies and intelligent street centerline data from Tele Atlas/TomTom. It then leverages ArcGIS to geographically select an area and dial all the telephone numbers within the specified region.

Coulter Mapping Solutions, Inc.
www.cmsgis.com
CMSDialog is an extension that allows users to design forms used for coding and display of feature information in ArcGIS 8.x/9.x, ArcGIS Engine, and ArcView 3.x. Forms are designed using drag-and-drop operations and include standard windows editing objects, such as drop-down lists, tab sheets, check boxes, radio groups, date pickers, and hyperlinks. Local default coding of attributes speeds data entry. CMSDialog works with all Esri databases, including geodatabases, shapefiles, and coverages. A free 30-day evaluation is available on the Web site.
