Increase Your GIS Software Development Skills at the Esri Developer Summit

Esri Developer Summit logoLearn how to leverage Esri technology to build, customize, and deploy spatially enabled applications that meet the growing needs of your customers at the Esri Developer Summit, March 19–22, 2007, in Palm Springs, California. This three and one-half day conference offers guidance and insight into using ArcGIS to build and deploy GIS functionality and business logic wherever it is needed—in desktops, servers (including Web), and mobile devices.

The Esri Developer Summit is targeted to developers and software architects interested in the Esri developer platform. You do not need to be an Esri software user to benefit. It is an opportunity to increase your development skills, meet directly with Esri developers, network with GIS software developers, and learn what is coming in future releases of Esri software.

In-depth technical presentations led by Esri software development staff will guide you through both intermediate and advanced topics. You will also be able to talk one-on-one with Esri software development team members representing all areas of the ArcGIS platform to get help with challenging aspects of your projects or give feedback for the next generation of the ArcGIS platform. Opportunities abound for you to participate in discussions and activities with other GIS developers, industry leaders, and Esri staff.

This year's content will include sessions on developing and deploying server GIS, custom mobile solutions, enterprise integration, core GIS concepts that all developers need to know, customizing and extending ArcGIS Desktop, and best practices and a panel discussion with Esri software architects. Tech Talks will follow each session, giving developers a chance to meet and interact with the development teams.
