GIS Technology, Inc. (GTI), an ESRI and FileNET business partner, has created interfaces between ArcView and ArcGIS and FileNET IDM. The interfaces, IDM for ArcView GIS and IDM for ArcGIS, provide a seamless link between ESRI's desktop GIS and FileNET's Panagon IDM system. Documents can reside in one or more of the libraries managed by one or more document servers on a network. This extension enables both the viewing and querying of maps and documents intuitively. In addition, it provides access to the full suite of document management functionality provided by Panagon IDM from within the ArcView or ArcGIS interface.
