ESRI's ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop, and Web Map Viewer passed technical solution qualification for an Endorsed Business Solution that provides mapcentric viewing and access to data on Force Elements from SAP's Defense Forces & Public Security (DFPS) component, which enhances the standard SAP functions to meet the unique needs of defense and public security organizations. ESRI's Geospatial Enablement for Public Security (GEPS) is one of only 22 SAP-endorsed business solutions worldwide and is preintegrated with DFPS to allow defense and public security organizations to see their resources (force elements) in a map viewer together with specific resource information from SAP.
