Founded in 1989, DCSE is a California-based engineering and GIS consulting firm specializing in developing solutions to help municipal and quasigovernment agencies and private utilities. DCSE is privately owned by three recipients of Ph.D.s from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Samueli School of Engineering and has a diverse pool of employees with engineering, computer sciences, GIS, and finance backgrounds from leading universities and with various accreditations. Together, they account for over 500 years of experience in this industry.
