ILS implements systems for land titling and land records management worldwide. Currently, ILS provides two enterprise solutions, LandRegister™ and LandRecords™.

Each solution suite is built around industry-standard DBMSs with integrated scanning (Open Document Management API [ODMA] compliant), mapping (MapObjects), and Internet modules.

These solutions are currently in place in the former Soviet Union, the Caribbean, and the State of Virginia.
