The DREAMaps software suite is a set of GIS tools that work together through the use of a transaction manager to streamline parcel management. Each of the five products with DREAMaps work together to provide the user with a rich, seamless interface for managing, editing, and analyzing both graphical and non-graphical parcel data.
DREAMaps Mapper – an extension to ArcGIS 9.x, consolidates the primary tasks of the property mapping office – splitting parcels, joining parcels, digitally constructing new parcel geometry, updating property-related data, and importing graphics from other systems. DREAMaps Mapper also has the ability to update CAMA systems on the fly.
DREAMaps Analyst allows users to quickly locate and identify parcels, view related data, gather useful statistics, and perform appraisal calculations on parcel data. Built on ArcGIS, Analyst provides a common GIS interface when integrating multiple business applications.
DREAMaps Doc is a document management system designed to work closely with other DREAMaps components to provide a full life cycle solution for the land data manager.
DREAMaps Records provides a user-friendly interface for locating and editing records in parcel databases or CAMA. Parcel Records provides a work list to further automate the cadastral management workflow through DREAMaps.
eMapsPlus is a Web-based GIS data query and display tool that can distribute GIS data across the enterprise or the Internet, for free or for a fee.
