Maintenance Management

The GBA Master Series® suite includes applications for maintenance management from the creation and execution of work orders to parts and materials inventory. Users' data seamlessly links to its enterprise GIS system, an extension of ArcGIS applications, giving users a graphical representation of maintenance information. Work Management: GBA Work Master® is a comprehensive maintenance management program that establishes a maintenance plan, sets priorities, provides timetables, tracks system rehabilitation, assists in planning and budgeting and gives direction on effectively maintaining a system. This program assigns and tracks work tasks with minimal changes to existing operations. Mobile Applications: Operating from the GBA Work Master program is GBA Mobile Work Manager™, which mobilizes maintenance management databases by uploading/downloading work orders to and from the field using a PDA. This application can include integration with GBA GIS Viewer™ and ArcView, enabling field crews to add assets to work orders using a GIS map. Fleet and Equipment: The GBA Equipment Master™ tracks equipment inventory and uses of parts and fluids including life span estimates of equipment. It also records equipment inspections, fueling history and hour meter readings to perform fleet and equipment comparisons. Parts Warehousing: GBA Warehouse Master™ tracks condition, establishes reorder points and determines purchase order status of parts. When work orders are generated or inventory reaches its destination, the program automatically removes parts of inventory or prompts users to place an order.
