GBA Street Master® stores inventory and inspection data and is capable of forecasting future maintenance needs. The integration of GBA Street Master with its GBA GIS Master® products enhances the user’s ability to detect trends in system deterioration, locate structures and view map inspection routes for work crews. GBA Pavement Manager™ enables users to inventory and inspect roadway pavements, curbs, sidewalks and structures. The data users provide allows the program to assign a pavement condition index (PCI) that is useful in this program’s budget forecasting application. GBA Accident Manager™ compiles and stores information on state police accident report forms in a user-friendly database. The program tracks accident records in an area, calculates accident rates, generates collision diagrams and develops pin maps with a GIS, an extension of ESRI’s ArcGIS. GBA Right-of-Way Master™ records and maintains aspects unique to rights-of-way, including pavement markings, sidewalks, medians and bus stops, and stores the inspection and inventory details for each of these components.
