GeoCollector Series
Esri has partnered with Trimble to exclusively offer the GeoCollector series. GeoCollector is an end-to-end field data collection solution that merges Esri® mobile geographic information system (GIS) technology with Trimble® professional-grade global positioning system (GPS) hardware. With GeoCollector, you can increase the accuracy of your data collection, ultimately increasing the quality and value of your enterprise GIS. Solutions are available for both ArcGIS for Windows Mobile and ArcPad.
GeoCollector for ArcGIS for Windows Mobile
GeoCollector for ArcGIS for Windows Mobile comes with a Trimble GeoExplorer 6000 series device for use with ArcGIS for Windows Mobile.
GeoCollector for ArcPad
GeoCollector for ArcPad consists of Esri's ArcPad software and Trimble's GPScorrect for ArcPad with a Trimble GeoExplorer 6000 series device.

Users can also purchase Trimble's GPS Analyst extension for ArcGIS for Desktop to complete the end-to-end workflow. GPS Analyst is an extension to the Esri ArcGIS software that allows you to work directly with GPS data inside your GIS environment. The GPS Analyst extension provides functionality for importing, differentially correcting, viewing, and editing GPS data.
NOTE: GPS Analyst is not currently supported on ArcGIS 10.1. Organizations performing data collection and maintenance using ArcPad who are wishing to upgrade their ArcGIS installations to 10.1 are recommended to retain ArcGIS 10.0 for the computer(s) which have the GPS Analyst extension installed.
