What if?, Inc., Releases GIS-Based Land-Use, Population, and Employment Projection Tool

Hudson, Ohio—What if?, Inc., announces the release of What if?TM 2.0, an easy-to-use geographic information system (GIS)-based tool for preparing land-use, population, and employment forecasts for census areas, political jurisdictions, and other user-defined areas. What if? 2.0 can be used with ESRI technology and data to consider the impacts that policies for controlling growth, preserving agricultural land, or expanding public infrastructure will have on future development patterns.
