During development, we will provide regular, ongoing progress reports to your team in an agreed-upon manner. This provides your end users and testing team with visibility into development and how the requirements are being implemented as well as assurance that issues are being tracked and addressed in a timely and responsive manner. Following development, a test plan is prepared. and implemented Independent quality assurance staff then execute the test plan to validate the developed system against the requirements specification.
