This stage involves supporting the installed application in the production environment. Your end users need to be educated on the skills needed to use the system, and you need to plan how to respond to changing technology and user needs.

News and Events

During this phase, we will help you implement a support plan with the goal of developing the expertise of your employees. Based on an identified performance baseline and metrics, we will develop administrative procedures to streamline system tuning. We will also help you design a maintenance plan for your geodatabase and a process for managing enhancement requests.

As you identify enhancements or new functionality needed to better support business functions, a new requirements analysis is developed and the GIS project life cycle repeats. This iterative approach, similar to all IT projects, results in continuous improvement.
