During this phase, our consultants take the time to listen and learn about your organizational challenges and desired results; then we help you develop your GIS vision, strategy, and implementation plan to align with your GIS objectives. The strategic plan is the blueprint for your project and includes high-level business and functional requirements definition for your GIS solution.

Implementation planning includes developing a work plan (scope, schedule, and budget), defining resource needs, and identifying risks and risk responses. The implementation plan also incorporates change management planning to carefully prepare your organization for the new technology. ESRI will develop a final project management plan with your input and review.

Plans are continually monitored and adjustments are made as needed throughout the project.
