After you download the free ArcGIS for AutoCAD application, the ArcGIS for AutoCAD ribbon tab will be added to the AutoCAD session after the application is loaded. Various standard AutoCAD interfaces will be extended to work with GIS data in AutoCAD including the entity Properties panel.
