System Requirements

ArcGIS for Local Government solutions are built on the ArcGIS platform. 

• For maps, you need ArcGIS for Desktop
• For web apps, you need ArcGIS for Desktop and ArcGIS for Server.
• For mobile and custom apps, you need the appropriate ArcGIS Runtime.
• You can host your maps and apps on ArcGIS Online.
