First-year maintenance is included in the license of ArcGIS Engine Runtime. Maintenance includes updates to the latest ArcGIS Engine Runtime software but does not include technical support.

Licensing

ArcGIS Engine Runtime licenses can be installed on a single computer. Use of ESRI software is subject to the ESRI License Agreement [PDF].
