Pricing for ArcGIS Web Mapping APIs

Web Mapping APIs Annual License Fees
ArcGIS Online standard services can be used in conjunction with ArcGIS Web Mapping APIs at no cost for internal and non-commercial external use. To use ArcGIS standard services in commercial use applications, you must purchase an annual subscription. ArcGIS Online premium services are for fee services, and require the purchase of an annual subscription, regardless of use.
