Support for using addresses—The map viewer now supports adding CSV and text file layers containing up to 250 addresses. More details.
Updated template gallery—The template gallery for creating web mapping applications has been reorganized and updated. A new story map template has been added and several existing templates have been consolidated and made configurable. Templates that have been retired from the gallery are still available in the Web Application Templates group.
View editing information—The map viewer now displays who created and last edited a feature on layers where tracking is enabled. Tracking is available on ArcGIS for Server 10.1 feature services (beta) and hosted feature services (beta). On these layers, you can filter the display by who edited features and when. More details.
Set scale range on editable layers—You can now set the visibility range on an editable layer. More details.

ArcGIS Portal API—This API allows developers to work with users, groups, and content hosted within ArcGIS Online or within Portal for ArcGIS. More details.
Additional languages and regions—Support for Dutch, Korean, Polish, Romanian, and Swedish languages has been added. Argentina, Belgium, Colombia, Czech Republic, Indonesia, Kenya, Morocco, Norway, Russia, Singapore, and South Korea regions have been added as well. More details.
