First-year maintenance is also included in the license of ArcInfo. Maintenance includes technical support, updates, and many other benefits. For example, you may be eligible to receive a complimentary registration to the annual ESRI International User Conference.

Licensing

ArcInfo is only available as a concurrent use license. Use of ESRI software is subject to the ESRI License Agreement.
