Visualize

Seeing and interacting with geospatial data in 3D drives insights that just aren't possible in 2D. With the ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension you can visualize raster, vector, and Lidar data to give you 3D feature, terrain, subsurface, and volumetric views.

Specialized Viewing Applications

The ArcGIS 3D Analyst extension includes ArcScene and ArcGlobe, two specialized viewing applications. ArcScene brings a high level of precision to your 3D views and allows you to use native coordinate systems. ArcGlobe provides a 3D globe surface and allows you to navigate from a global to local extent very quickly.

View Above Ground, Below, and Inside Buildings

ArcGIS 3D Analyst provides intuitive, easy-to-use navigation tools that allow you to control the height and direction of a view so that you can determine the perspective. You can transition from subsurface to above the surface and deftly move from outside to inside of buildings.

Fly-Through Paths and Animation

Flying through your data tells a compelling and visually exciting story. ArcGIS 3D Analyst allows you to easily create animations that you can save, share, or post for others to view.

Focus the viewers attention by turning TINs layers on and off. You can even show how data or a situation changes over time, whether it's minutes, days, or years.
