The package includes

• Data Appliance—This is preloaded with terabytes of prerendered national and global data.
• Data Fusion and Analysis Appliance—Preconfigured with ESRI's ArcGIS technology to provide the foundation for data management, analysis, visualization, and dissemination. It integrates directly with your existing service-oriented architecture (SOA) network. The Data Management Appliance is available as an optional feature for organizations without an existing SOA network.
• Get a complete look at an emergency situation, such as a hurricane, with the COP Viewer.
  COP Viewer—A flexible, browser-based 2D client to provide an intuitive, visually rich, and responsive COP. The COP is delivered as a ready-to-use solution that you can easily customize to create an enhanced level of situational awareness.
• Use the 3D Desktop client to add weather analysis. 3D Desktop Client—Easily view, analyze, and share geographic information. You can also freely distribute the client, providing you with a great way to share your maps and actionable intelligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze epidemiological trends with the Data Management and Authoring client.
  Data Management and Authoring Client—A powerful desktop program to manage, author, and publish data for use with the included clients or any OGC-compliant WMS, WFS, or KML client.
