Keep Your Mobile Workforce on Route with ArcLogistics Navigator [MP3]
The demands of consumers waiting for deliveries mean companies must be able to offer delivery times suitable for both the customer and the fleet.
ArcLogistics doesn't just sequence a single route; it optimizes the whole fleet, taking into account the unique needs of your business and your customers. Your business reaps the rewards in increased competitive advantage and customer loyalty.
Responding quickly to customer requests for a specific delivery time window is easy. ArcLogistics offers two time windows and a priority function, enabling customer delivery requests to be honored.
Integrating ArcLogistics can be as easy as a simple import of a file containing delivery information generated from your customer relationship management (CRM) system and an export of stops and delivery route information in a variety of formats. This information can then be placed back into your customer relationship management system to generate pick tickets, manifests, delivery tickets, and other records.
ArcLogistics does not duplicate and maintain your customer database. It creates optimized routes for you using the information you've already gathered.
