I just need a few reports. Do I have to buy a subscription?
No, reports can be purchased individually, or, with the purchase of a Day Pass, you can download a series of reports in a 24-hour period. To purchase the reports ad hoc, simply log in (link to login) as a guest. Try a Day Pass now.
What is the difference between a Day Pass and a Guest account?
When you purchase a Day Pass, you have access to downloadable reports that are available in the basic subscription, while with a Guest account, you can purchase all reports individually. To see which reports are available in the Day Pass/Basic Subscription package, view our comparison table.
What are the difference between the subscriptions?
The primary difference between the subscriptions is the number of reports available by default. To learn which reports are available with each subscription, view our comparison table. However, with a Standard Plus or Standard subscription, users may also personalize their reports and upload their own logos, as well as upload their own territory data into the tool. How do I upgrade my subscription?
The best way to upgrade your subscription is to contact our sales team by either sending an e-mail to request a call from an Esri sales representative or calling 800-447-9778.
How do I renew my subscription?
From within the application, click the Welcome (user name) button on the upper right of the screen. From within the My Subscription dialog box, you can easily select Renew my subscription and Add to cart. In BAL Classic, please click the My Subscription status button to renew your subscription.
How are the reports and maps that I ordered delivered to me?
Generally, most users receive their reports via the default method of e-mail. However, you can edit your report generation settings in your preferences after you log in to BAO. Log in to the application and select Preferences in the left-hand navigation. From that menu, select Order Delivery and either check or uncheck the Receive reports by e-mail option.
How do I update my password, e-mail address, and other contact information?
Your e-mail, password, and contact information are managed in your account settings after login. Select the Edit my account check box to access your account contact information settings.
How do I set my preferences?
After logging in to BAO, select the My Preferences tab on the left-hand navigation. From that menu, order delivery can be altered as well as custom logo files for premium users. How current is the data in BAO?
