The Competition report provides a list of banks from the BranchInfo layer that are found in the selected area as well as their deposits and total assets. The deposits and assets columns are summed. A map and chart are also included. See Report [PDF]

The Demographic Summary report provides population, population change, household, and race summary information for selected geographies. A map and population change chart accent this report. See Report [PDF]

The Deposit Potential report is derived from the MarketBank dataset and highlights the potential an area has for monies to be placed in a local bank account. This report provides the Deposit Potential and Deposit Potential per Household by geography (census tracts or ZIP Codes, for example) within the selected area. A chart and map accompany the statistics for further illustration of the deposit potential. See Report [PDF]

The Disposable Income Profile report depicts disposable household income complete with pie charts and a map. This report can be created for selected geographies, ring studies, and drive times to show spending potential for nonessential items such as entertainment and luxury items. See Report [PDF]

The LifeModes report uses the Tapestry LifeModes data for the selected area. The report includes a LifeModes index table, as well as a map and chart, so that you can better understand the market in the given area. See Report [PDF]

The Loan Potential report is similar to the Deposit Potential report template except that it uses the Loan Potential and Loan Potential per Household fields in the MarketBank data rather than the deposit potential fields. See Report [PDF]

The Net Worth Profile report provides median and average net worth information for selected geographies and identifies the wealth of an area. A map, table, and pie chart are part of this report. See Report [PDF]
