Calculate Routes and Perform Call Planning

Call planning is easier with optimized routing and the ability to search along your driving route. You can even connect a GPS receiver to get second-by-second updates on your position.

For example, a medical equipment salesperson planning to visit hospitals in two cities could add a BusinessMAP Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) database of nursing care facilities to the map. It would then be easy to search along the driving route to find facilities to visit, add them to the route, and recalculate the route with driving directions to all chosen stops.

BusinessMAP also has geographic query capabilities that find all points (representing clients or prospects) within a circle, rectangle, or polygon that you choose on the map.

Using a GPS receiver, you can find hotels, restaurants, prospects, and clients that are close to your current location when you are in an unfamiliar area.
