Each subscription includes a certain number of users and service credits and has to be renewed annually. Pricing for each subscription plan is based on both the number of users and the number of service credits. Technical Support is included as part of the subscription.

Add Users and Service Credits
- Add more users to your subscription plan at any time. Additional users available in
5-packs.
- Add additional service credits to your subscription plan at any time. Additional credits can be purchases in blocks of 1,000 for $100 ($0.10 per credit).
Credits added to your subscription are good for two years while your subscription is active.
Additional Information
- Plans must be renewed on a yearly basis.
- Technical Support is included as part of the subscription.
- Service credits are consumed when you use certain services in Esri's cloud, such as geocoding, hosted feature or tile services, or for data transfers out of ArcGIS Online.
- Special plans are available for non-profits, NGOs, K-12, vocational, and higher education institutions.
