ArcGIS.com—Browse ArcGIS online content such as maps and applications published by Esri and the user community. Many of the maps are freely available and you can use them directly in your desktop or Web applications. You can also upload your own content and share it with the user community.

Other data from Esri—Demographics, streets, and other vector and raster data for your GIS projects.

Geodata.gov—Hosts U.S. federal, state, and local geographic maps and data and serves as a GIS data clearinghouse. Includes many data sets and services formerly published to Geography Network.
