APEC Authorization Process

Steps One through Five

Step One

  1. Submit a Prequalification Questionnaire.
  2. Your prequalification responses will be reviewed, and you will be notified of your status within 30 days.

Step Two

  1. If approved, you will receive an e-mail with either
    1. An approval and an application fee form (move to Step Three) or
    2. A conditional approval stating what items need to be completed before you can receive the application. See Authorized Partner Education Center Requirements for details.
  2. Complete the requirements addressed in your conditional approval e-mail.
  3. Once all requirements have been met, we will e-mail your approval with an application.
    You will have 30 days to complete and return your application; late applications will not be accepted, and you will be asked to reapply.

Step Three

  1. Upon receipt of your application order form, we will email your APEC application.

Step Four

  1. Complete and return the APEC application. The ATP will send your results to you within 30 days.
  2. The Regional office will schedule a site visit to the facility. If approved, we will e-mail you the APEC Agreement and authorization fee form to be completed and returned to ESRI.

Step Five

Within 30 days of receipt of your signed agreements and authorization fee, we will send you a certificate and all necessary materials to host your first class.
