ESRI Authorized Training Program

Maintaining Your Authorization

As a member of the Authorized Training Program, meeting annual requirements and paying annual renewal fees is necessary to maintain your authorization. Failure to meet program criteria may cause you to be terminated from the program.

Annual Requirements

Authorized Instructors must teach a minimum of two classes per year. If you have more than one authorization, you must teach a minimum of one class for each authorization, per year. ESRI will also have the option of performing annual Instructor Performance Evaluations for all authorized instructors. This is a time for ESRI to review the performance of our authorized instructors to ensure they are meeting ESRI quality standards and to offer any input that will help to enhance the classroom experience for students.

Authorization Renewal Fees

Annual renewal fees are due upon completion of the first year of authorization and each year thereafter. All instructors in good standing will receive a quote approximately 60 days before the end of their anniversary year. An anniversary year refers to the 12-month cycle ATP uses to determine your eligibility requirements. Your anniversary year begins on the date your agreements are executed by our legal department.

The annual authorization renewal fee covers free software upgrades of instructor materials and program support from ATP.

If annual fees are not paid within the time specified, authorizations will be automatically deactivated.
