Lauren Tierney is Esri’s Senior Product Manager of Mapping and Cartography. With over 10 years of experience as a cartographer, Lauren helps tell stories with maps and specializes in visualizing environment, climate, wildlife, and adventure topics. Before joining Esri in 2024 she was a Senior Graphics Reporter at The Washington Post, as well as a Graphics Editor at National Geographic Magazine. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Oregon where she also served as a cartographer in the InfoGraphics Lab.
