Mark Reynolds


Mark Reynolds has a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Iowa; a master's degree in biology from Idaho State University; and a doctorate in zoology from the University of California, Berkeley. Reynolds has directed field research stations for the University of California, Natural Reserve System, and the California State University System and worked as a wildlife biologist for the US Forest Service before joining TNC in 2001. His research interests and publications have focused on conservation biology and ecology and the behavior of birds. He is adjunct professor of biology at San Francisco State University, where he also serves on the advisory board of the Romberg-Tiburon Center for the Environment.
