This data has been made part of the platform, and users now have complete access at no additional cost.\r\n<h3>Esri Cited As Authoritative Standard for GIS<\/h3>\r\nEsri was among six companies that market research company Forrester invited to participate in its evaluation for The Forrester Wave: Geospatial Analytics Tools and Platforms, Q3 2016. Forrester conducted interviews with 23 organizations and selected Esri as one of the top six software providers to evaluate in the report. Forrester notes, \"Esri is an authoritative standard for GIS and continues to innovate.\"\r\n<h3>Esri Helping Explore How to Keep Low-Risk, Nondangerous Offenders out of the Criminal Justice System<\/h3>\r\nEsri is working with law enforcement, public health, and elected officials from more than 60 US communities. The company also pledged $500,000 to the White House Data-Driven Justice Initiative and demonstrated how using ArcGIS in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud could help law enforcement and parole and
