Law enforcement agencies often lack the coordination and resources to identify perpetrators. To remedy this, the United Arab Emirates launched the International Initiative of Law Enforcement for Climate, a global effort to tackle climate change and environmental crimes in the world\u2019s most vulnerable areas. Over 50 agencies have access to resources\u2014including a heatmap that shows where crimes occur. This new awareness has started to revolutionize the response to crimes that worsen the impacts of climate change.\r\n\r\nLearn more about how\u00a0<a
