By Jaisha Burr and Scott Oppmann

ArcGIS Solutions helps you make the most of your GIS by providing purpose-driven, industry-specific configurations of ArcGIS.

In the March 2025 release, you will find four new solutions for state and local governments, utilities, defense, and public safety agencies. There are also many enhancements to the existing solution portfolio that can be leveraged by organizations of all types.

Here’s what’s new:

Hazard Mitigation Planning

The Hazard Mitigation Planning solution delivers a set of capabilities that help emergency management agencies understand hazards that may impact their community, generate a series of hazard risk maps, share hazard mitigation information with the public, and manage hazard mitigation planning and project feedback.

Hazard Mitigation Planning can be used to conduct geospatial hazard risk assessments.

Incident Awareness and Assessment

The Incident Awareness and Assessment solution delivers a set of capabilities that helps responding National Guard units assess impacted areas, maintain situational awareness, and enhance decision-making.

Incident Awareness and Assessment can be used to maintain situational awareness during military domestic operations.

Invasive Pest Management

The Invasive Pest Management solution delivers a set of capabilities that help state and local governments develop pest trapping plans, perform field inspections, monitor program metrics, and share program information with internal and external stakeholders.

Invasive Pest Management can be used to optimize pest detection operations.

Rapid Needs Assessment

The Rapid Needs Assessment solution delivers a set of capabilities that help you define survey areas at a household level, identify community needs, and monitor disaster response or health action plan indicators as the assessments occur.
