ArcGIS Hub is a cloud-based engagement and collaboration platform that helps organizations connect more effectively with their communities. ArcGIS Hub is designed to facilitate collaboration, transparency, and community engagement, making it a valuable tool for organizations looking to work closely with their communities and stakeholders
There are two subscription levels available:
- ArcGIS Hub Basic is included with ArcGIS Online, allowing users to share data either as open data or privately. It also facilitates the creation of websites dedicated to sharing information on specific topics.
- ArcGIS Hub Premium, available with add-on licensing, enables organizations to collaborate and engage with external stakeholders such as community members, partners, and other agencies by leveraging community identities.

Highlights
Hub Projects – ArcGIS Hub projects is a Premium only feature that allow you to track and share information about organized efforts with internal or external audiences. Learn more about Hub Projects.
Discussions – ArcGIS Hub discussions is a capability that provides the ability to have private or public conversations around specific content items or topics within area(s) of interest in Hub. Learn more about Discussions and Discussion boards.
Workspaces – Workspaces are the new way to manage and edit items in Hub, replacing the global navigation in edit view.
Enhanced events – The Enhanced events system will include a more streamlined events setup and management process. Users will have the ability to share events publicly or privately with targeted groups. Through the upgraded events management system, users can monitor event performance and automatically inform attendees of any event updates.
Configurable Catalogs – Configurable catalogs in ArcGIS Hub allow users to organize and share content datasets based on various parameters such as themes, areas, groups, tags, or types. This feature enhances the ability to curate and distribute relevant content for projects, initiatives, and events, making it easier to manage and access specific datasets.
