Today, we are pleased to announce the public release of ArcGIS Runtime SDK 10.2.6 for Qt, a focused and notable update. It includes new functionality and fulfills our goal of providing you with a better SDK with each release. This update uses DirectX on Windows. If you develop for the Windows platform, you will experience great rendering performance in your apps, plus support for Remote Desktop. DirectX now replaces our support for OpenGL on Windows.
Another key feature of this update is the support of OAuth2 and ArcGIS Online Authentication for your apps. This opens up a number of interesting opportunities for ArcGIS Platform solutions built with Qt and QML.
Several functional issues were also addressed in this release. For more information, please check out the release notes.
We are excited to provide developers like you with the tools you need to integrate a wealth of ArcGIS technology into the apps you design, enabling you to provide strong functionality in the native cross-platform apps that you deliver to your customers.
