You may also have to collaborate with the following administrators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/hub\/team\/configure-roles-and-privileges.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_22FD1B57F28748C7A242318DC3322C8C\">Hub administrator<\/a> &#8211; someone with a default ArcGIS Online administrator role who belongs to your Hub&#8217;s employee organization. This person can enable collaborative events for your initiative.<\/li>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/hub\/team\/configure-roles-and-privileges.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_FFF48DE0A12846E3A14451BDFD8ED49D\">Community administrator<\/a> &#8211; someone with a default ArcGIS Online administrator role who belongs to the Hub&#8217;s community organization. This person can set up new community accounts for your partners if they need them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"<h1>Step 1: Onboard partners to the Hub community<\/h1>\n<p>Before partners can create events, they must have an account with your <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/hub\/community\/about-hub-communities.htm\">Hub community<\/a>. Anyone can create a community account if your Hub community is open to the public. You can also contact your Hub community administrator and request that they <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/hub\/community\/invite-people-to-join-your-hub.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_BC490F2BC9034844952646ED0C995616\">set up new accounts using each partner&#8217;s email address<\/a>. This method requires the administrator to set a temporary password for each account. Once these accounts have been configured, you can add your partners to an initiative&#8217;s core team and send them an email with their temporary sign-in credentials.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"<h1>Step 2: Add new members to a core team group<\/h1>\n<p>You have two options when adding your partners to a core team. You can add them to your official initiative&#8217;s core team or you can create an additional core team by setting up a second initiative.<\/p>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"<h2>Method 1: Use your official initiative\u2019s core team<\/h2>\n<p>When you add your partners to your official initiative&#8217;s core team group, they can edit the initiative&#8217;s site and any other content shared with the group. Use this method if you want your partners to contribute additional resources to the initiative, such as uploading data or creating a new page.<\/p>\n<p>To access your official initiative&#8217;s core team, open the initiative in <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/hub\/get-started\/site-editing-basics.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_AC62525108BF4A56A6521383A58D071A\">edit mode<\/a> and click the second drop-down menu in the navigation bar. If collaborative events aren&#8217;t enabled for the initiative, your partners\u00a0 will not be able to create events.
