Under <strong>Display name<\/strong>, type Paint notes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add a <strong>Text \u2013 Single line<\/strong> element to the form canvas. Under <strong>Display name<\/strong>, type Estimated paint time. Add a description to provide additional information about the data being collected. For this property, type In hours.<\/p>\n<p>4. The final form element we will add is a needs paint field. Add a <strong>Switch<\/strong> element to the form canvas. Under <strong>Display name<\/strong>, type Does the amenity need to be painted?.<\/p>\n<p>5. Under <strong>Switch values<\/strong>, replace the <strong>Off value<\/strong> with No and replace the <strong>On value<\/strong> with Yes.<\/p>\n<p>6. For the <strong>Default value<\/strong> select <strong>No<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>7. Under <strong>Logic<\/strong>, check the box next to <strong>Required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Use a\u00a0Group\u00a0form element to group the paint elements together by doing the following:<\/p>\n<p>8. In <strong>Form elements<\/strong>, click\u00a0<strong>Group <\/strong>to add a group to the form (you can\u00a0also drag it onto the form).<\/p>\n<p>9. Drag the <strong>Paint color<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Estimated\u00a0paint time<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Paint notes\u00a0elements<\/strong> into\u00a0the group.<\/p>\n<p>10. Select the group and change the <strong>Display name <\/strong>to Paint Information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Next, we\u2019ll provide a form title specific to the project:<\/p>\n<p>1.Click the form title and the <strong>Formatting <\/strong>pane appears.<\/p>\n<p>2. Under <strong>Form Title<\/strong>, type Amenity Paint Assessment.<\/p>\n<p>3. Additionally, click <strong>Add field <\/strong>and add the\u00a0<strong>Amenity Type<\/strong>\u00a0field to the title.
