You can download the new version from the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aquaveo.com\/downloads\">Aquaveo website<\/a><\/strong>, or read about the new features on the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.archydrogw.com\/ahgw\/What%27s_New_in_Arc_Hydro_Groundwater_3.2.0\">AHGW Wiki<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some of the new tools available are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wizard for adding borehole      images to cross sections.<\/li>\n<li>GP tool for modifying      existing geodatabases for use with AHGW. It creates empty tables and      feature classes that conform to the Arc Hydro Groundwater data model.<\/li>\n<li>GP tools to transform lines\/points      intersecting a cross section (e.g. spring, river, fault, county boundary)      to points on the cross section.<\/li>\n<li>GP tool to transform cross      section lines to 3D points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of interesting new features is a new wizard for adding borehole images (e.g. geophysical plots) to cross sections. <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.esri.com\/esri\/arcgis\/2012\/02\/07\/examples-of-subsurface-cross-sections-created-using-subsurface-analyst\/\">In a previous post<\/a> we discussed the ability to create 2D cross sections describing the subsurface using the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aquaveo.com\/subsurface-analyst\">Subsurface Analyst<\/a> tools.<\/p>\n<p>With the new wizard you will be able to add existing borehole images to cross sections in ArcMap.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 877px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/downloads.esri.com\/blogs\/hydro\/GeoPlots\/Fig2.jpg\" alt=\"Cross section\" width=\"877\" height=\"519\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cross section data frame with a registered borehole image showing down-hole geophysical plots.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The process of adding a borehole image to a cross section includes identifying the borehole to which the image is related, selecting a cross section on which the image will be projected, and referencing the image vertically.
