and <strong>descriptive reservoir statistics<\/strong> (e.g. <strong>conservation capacity<\/strong>, <strong>yield<\/strong>, <strong>residence time<\/strong>, etc).\u00a0 Sources of the information include the <strong>National Hydrography Dataset (NHDPlus), United States Geological Survey (USGS), Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) <\/strong>and the<strong> Texas Commission for Environmental Quality (TCEQ)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a title=\"Texas Reservoir Sedimentation Study Map Package\" href=\"http:\/\/downloads.esri.com\/blogs\/hydro\/TWBD%5CTWDB_Sedimentation%5CMapPackage.zip\"><strong>Map Package<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0also contains an ArcMap project that was used to generate <strong><a title=\"Texas Reservoir Sedimentation Study Maps\" href=\"http:\/\/downloads.esri.com\/blogs\/hydro\/TWBD%5CTWDB_Sedimentation%5CReservoirMaps.zip\"><strong>a series of maps in pdf format<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0that displayed sedimentation-related information for each major Texas reservoir.\u00a0 The reservoir maps are <strong>organized by Texas river basin<\/strong> (e.g. Colorado, Guadalupe, Red River) and are sequenced from most upstream to downstream.\u00a0 The maps are available <a title=\"Texas Reservoir Sedimentation Study Maps\" href=\"http:\/\/downloads.esri.com\/blogs\/hydro\/TWBD%5CTWDB_Sedimentation%5CReservoirMaps.zip\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The associated report from this study can be found on the TWDB website at: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twdb.state.tx.us\/publications\/reports\/contracted_reports\/doc\/1004821120_reservoirs.pdf\">http:\/\/www.twdb.state.tx.us\/publications\/reports\/contracted_reports\/doc\/1004821120_reservoirs.pdf<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Fig2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24860\" src=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/arcgis-blog\/app\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Fig2.jpg\" alt=\"Gilmer Lake\" width=\"824\" height=\"633\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n"}],"authors":[{"ID":4911,"user_firstname":"Caitlin","user_lastname":"Scopel","nickname":"Caitlin Scopel","user_nicename":"coscopel","display_name":"Caitlin Scopel","user_email":"CScopel@esri.com","user_url":"","user_registered":"2018-03-02 00:16:31","user_description":"Senior Project Manager for the ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World Environment Team.
