The Fleet Permission has three levels:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Fleet Manager<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(all\u00a0Org Admins and\u00a0available to\u00a0Full-Access users):\u00a0This is the highest Fleet Permission level.\u00a0In addition to an\u00a0organization-wide\u00a0dashboard, they\u00a0can view and edit their own activities as well as activities of others.\u00a0Fleet Managers are the only ones who can manually add new aircraft and batteries.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Fleet User<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(available to Full-Access and Read-Only users):\u00a0This is the secondary Fleet Permission level. These users have\u00a0a fleet\u00a0management experience that is specific to their own activities. They can\u00a0edit their own pilot profile,\u00a0add new flights for themselves, and view all aircraft and battery assets in the organization.\u00a0However, they cannot view profiles of other pilots or activity details\u00a0that are not their own.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-aria-level=\"1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">None<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(available to Full-Access and Read-Only users): Users who are assigned a Fleet Permission level of None cannot access fleet management.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233279&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>How to assign Fleet Permissions<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Site Scan automatically assigns all Organization Admins a Fleet Manager permission which cannot be changed.\u00a0 By default, Full-Access users <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">with\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">an Operator license receive a Fleet User permission, and Full-Access users <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">without\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">an Operator license and all Read-Only users receive a Fleet Permission of None. T<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">he Site Scan Flight app does not support certain drone models,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">for example,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">the<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">\u00a0DJI Mavic Mini,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2 SCXW160227400 BCX0\">Wingtra<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2 SCXW160227400 BCX0\">WingtraOne<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2 SCXW160227400 BCX0\">Freefly<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">\u00a0Alta X.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\"> Furthermore, drone pilots in your organization may not<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">fly drones for mapping; rather, they may fly for marketing<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\">\u00a0or other<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160227400 BCX0\"> purposes. Flight data might be collected in disparate systems, such as excel spreadsheets, or not collected at all. A flight frequency histogram and flight heat map are now available on the Pilot Profile, which provide information about how often and where a pilot has flown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Furthermore, you can filter this activity over different time periods and intervals. To modify the time period, use the drop down in the upper right corner of the profile.
