If you <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW36639791 BCX0\">don\u2019t<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW36639791 BCX0\"> have one, you can sign up for a free account <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.arcgis.com\/sign-up\/\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW36639791 BCX0\">2. <strong>Access token<\/strong>:\u00a0 You will need an access token, such as an API key. If you are using API keys, there isn&#8217;t a new API key scope for the service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">[<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Updated<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">] 3. <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Client API<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: You can now access the styles using the new Esri Leaflet vector plugin. There is also a brand new <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.arcgis.com\/rest\/basemap-styles\/\">REST API reference\u00a0<\/a> that documents all of the URL endpoints and styles.<\/p>\n<h3>New URL endpoint<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The basemap styles service v2 has a new URL endpoint that is more RESTful. Similar to the basemap styles service v1, you can return the style as either web map JSON or JSON based on the Mapbox style specification. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559685&quot;:720}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">To reference a style, you set <code>arcgis<\/code> or <code>osm<\/code> as the provider, <code>webmaps<\/code> or <code>styles<\/code> as the response JSON, and the basemap style you want. ability to localize place labels for any basemap style. All you need to do is affix the <code>language<\/code> parameter to the URL request and set one of the 30 available <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.arcgis.com\/rest\/basemap-styles\/#languages\">language codes<\/a>.
