Projects in Hub are out-of-the-box items that enable you to organize, track and communicate your work towards specific goals or objectives. Projects are easy to configure and can highlight key information about your project\u2019s target area, important milestones and timely calls to action. <\/span><\/p>\n

Hub Premium customers can use projects to represent time-bound or location-specific efforts they are organizing to achieve a broader goal or initiative. Be it organizing tree planting projects in multiple neighborhoods to promote your vision of a greener city or sharing real time information on all your DOT (department of transportation) projects for transparency, you can now use Hub projects to represent a hierarchy of goals, efforts and actions in your Hub ecosystem. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"content","content":"

When are Projects available to use?\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Hub Premium customers can start exploring Projects in the beta version today! <\/span>Projects can be <\/span>created<\/span> by a site\u2019s Core Team members<\/span> via the content library <\/span>or within the <\/span>global navigation bar <\/span>by clicking on <\/span>the \u2018new\u2019 dropdown menu<\/span> button<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/span> Once <\/span>you <\/span>create<\/span> a <\/span>project<\/span>, you can <\/span>grant <\/span>privileged<\/span> access<\/span> to <\/span>manage and edit<\/span> the <\/span>project<\/span> to groups of collaborators by sharing the project with them<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

E<\/span><\/strong>ase of set up<\/strong> \u2013 Projects are <\/span>structured<\/span>\u2013 with just <\/span>a few <\/span>click<\/span>s<\/span> you can launch a project and <\/span>in minutes<\/span>,<\/span> customize<\/span> it with key <\/span>information <\/span>such as goals, timeline, <\/span>status<\/span> a<\/span>nd rel<\/span>ated content<\/span>. <\/span>We have focused on keeping the<\/span> experience<\/span> simple, <\/span>intuitiv<\/span>e<\/span> and <\/span>qui<\/span>ck<\/span> so you can spend less time tinkering and more time getting things done<\/span>!<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Fits seamlessly into your existing workflows<\/strong> \u2013 Projects can be used in your existing Hub ecosystems without any added effort or cost. Within an existing site, you can stand up one or more projects, share it as a header link or in an interactive gallery for your community to browse and explore. You can also link site visitors to an out-of-the-box dedicated search experience for all Projects shared with the site\u2019s content group.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
