Automated email notifications are available with an ArcGIS Workflow Manager Standard organization extension and improve your organization&#8217;s ability to communicate updates about jobs\u2014like when a job is created, re-assigned, or completed.<\/p>\n<p>Create a custom <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.arcgis.com\/en\/workflow-manager\/latest\/administer\/create-and-manage-email-templates.htm\">email template<\/a> with ArcGIS Arcade expressions to dynamically populate values in your emails, then associate your email template with a job activity in the job template. The <code>current_step<\/code> field allows you to filter and search for jobs that have the specified step name as the current step.
