With ArcGIS for Teams your team can collaborate and share<\/a> <\/span>publicly available ArcGIS spatial content. Use the Share content and Present a map tools to engage with maps and data in real time during Microsoft Teams<\/span>\u00a0meetings.<\/p>\n

Sharing and presenting in ArcGIS for Teams is similar to the\u00a0Microsoft Teams\u00a0meeting option\u00a0Share content<\/a>: participants in a meeting can see the presenter\u2019s screen. However, a key difference is that participants can interact with shared content independently from the presenter.<\/p>\n

Share content and Present a map are designed for real-time collaboration<\/h3>\n

Participants can interact with a comprehensive library of publicly available ArcGIS Online location data, change presenters, and explore shared content independently.<\/p>\n

One participant at a time is the presenter, but all participants can explore shared spatial data on their own. Once the presenter shares content, participants are free to explore it independently. For example, zoom and pan a shared map, explore the data in a spreadsheet, or click a layer’s properties.<\/p>\n

Stop presenting at any time and allow another participant to take control of the Live Share. Just click Stop control<\/strong> at the bottom of the meeting pane.<\/p>\n

Live Share is a simple but powerful way to share your public ArcGIS Online content through Teams.<\/p>\n

ArcGIS for Teams June 2024 release<\/h3>\n

The February 2024 release was the first introduction to sharing and presenting in ArcGIS for Teams.<\/p>\n

In June 2024, we have added a feature with even more collaboration possibilities: Sketch and Annotate<\/a>. This feature builds on sharing and presenting by allowing users to independently annotate a shared public ArcGIS map. The host can save the team\u2019s annotations as a map layer to their ArcGIS organizational account.<\/p>\n
