These layers get updated quarterly with high resolution elevation data from federal agencies, open sources, and community maps program. Esri is providing these datasets as ready to use services that benefit the GIS community and extend the use of data in new and innovative ways. In this release, world elevation layers are updated with many lidar derived high-resolution Digital Terrain Models (DTM\u2019s).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.arcgis.com\/home\/item.html?id=58a541efc59545e6b7137f961d7de883\">Terrain<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.arcgis.com\/home\/item.html?id=c753e5bfadb54d46b69c3e68922483bc\">TopoBathy<\/a>\u00a0layers are updated with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service public de Wallonie\u2019s (SPW) LiDAR derived 0.5 meter DTM\u2019s covering Wallonie region of Belgium.<\/li>\n<li>agentschap Digitaal Vlaanderen\u2019s LiDAR derived 1 meter DTM\u2019s covering Vlaanderen region of Belgium.<\/li>\n<li>\u00daGKK SR\u2019s LiDAR derived 1 meter DTM\u2019s covering country of Slovakia.<\/li>\n<li>LiDAR derived 1 meter DTM\u2019s covering San Mateo County of California, USA.<\/li>\n<li>Expanded coverage of USGS 3DEP 1 meter lidar derived DTM\u2019s covering areas of the conterminous United States. In this release, approximately 526,950 sq kms (~ 203456 sq miles) of new coverage of USGS 3DEP 1 meter has been added. The graphic below shows the new addition (magenta) along with previously available coverage
